Preparation and shipping times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
For items in stock, orders will be handed over to the postal service / carrier within 24 to 72 hours.

2. Order Tracking Status

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
